1. Services Provided

RankBuilt Digital offers digital services including, but not limited to:

- Website templates hosted via GoHighLevel (GHL)

- Custom website development hosted via WordPress

- CRM setup and management using GHL

- Workflow automation and forms via GHL

- Digital marketing services such as SEO, advertising, and AI automations

All websites are built and maintained under a license agreement. Ownership of core site infrastructure remains with RankBuilt Digital.

2. Account Access & Permissions

Clients are provided access to their website via a subaccount with limited permissions. Login credentials will be delivered via email upon project delivery.

3. Use License

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use their website and accompanying services while payments are active and in good standing.

You may not:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to admin-level settings

- Resell or sublicense the licensed website

- Remove any proprietary notices

4. Payment & Subscription Terms

All services are provided on a subscription basis unless otherwise agreed. Payments must be made on time to maintain access to your website and services. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Automated Communications

We may use automated email and SMS tools to contact you regarding onboarding, project updates, technical notices, offers, and reminders. By using our services, you consent to receive such communications.

6. Intellectual Property

All content created by RankBuilt Digital, including custom designs, code, workflows, and automations, is the intellectual property of RankBuilt Digital unless explicitly stated otherwise. Client-provided assets (text, images, branding) remain the property of the client.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RankBuilt Digital, its owners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes your agreement to the new terms.
